ATTN: Renters
If you want to have access to the pool you will need permission from your landlord for us to give you his card. They can email or call us to get that setup. Renters will receive only 1 access card and no ability to upgrade to key fobs at this point. Your landlord must be current on their assessments to be issued a card.

HOA Access Cards!
You require a HOA access card to enter the pool area, you must pay the $50.00 pool access fee to the HOA before your card will have pool access activated.
Members must use their own access cards to enter the pool area. If their HOA Cards will not allow access to the pool area, they should contact the HOA to check their card or to have it activated.
Payment to access the poolis voluntary, your HOA Card will still allow access to the restroom but not the pool.
Here are the options you have for access to the pool once it opens.
We will give 1 free access card to each family. Upgrade that card to a key fob for $15. (Limited Qty) Additional or replacement cards will be $10.
Key fobs will be $15 each. Replacements will also be $15
And we have silicone bracelets as well. Those are also $15 each.
If you know what you will want you can send me an email to contact@lakeaire1.com and I will have your device ready for you. If you are wanting a key fob or additional cards or fobs I will email an invoice to you and that will need to be paid prior to us setting those devices up.
There will be a liability release that needs to be signed to get your access cards.
All households will get no more than 2 access devices

Pool RuLES
The pool will be closing at 8pm
No alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area.
No smoking or vaping is permitted in the pool area
No pets permitted in the pool area.
No glass containers permitted in the pool area
No Cans in the pool area
No Food in the pool area
When entering and exiting the pool area, make sure that the gate is secure
