Pool hours are 8AM-8PM.  There may be times we feel it is necessary to delay opening the pool due to maintenance, a sign will be posted at the pool.  We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.

You will need to use your HOA card to access the restrooms. We need to keep them secure to help prevent vandalism.

If you need a HOA card please call the LOA at the number above and we will put you on the list to issue new/ replacement cards. If this is your first pool card the card is free, if you lost your pool card there is a $10 replacement fee.

You must be a member in good standing (all assessments paid) to have an active HOA card.

This year to help defray costs there is a $50 annual fee to use the pool.

Please email the HOA if you would like pool access this summer and we will email you an invoice or you can pay at the picnic. (The $50 pool fee is only for those who want pool access for the summer,) You will still be able to access the restrooms in the park with your HOA card.

Park clean up was held on May 3rd.  Sad to say we have very few volunteers show up.  With the lack of volunteerism in the subdivision we will probably hire it out for next year.

Dumpster days were held the 3rd and 4th of May.  We filled up both dumpster plus a large amont of metal was cocllected.  Thank to the Board members who volunteered their time to make this event a success.

Bring down you unwanted items you would like to get rid of that you have been unable to dispose of through regular trash.  This is not intended to be a dumping area for remodeling or construction projects but common items you have around your house.  The list below are the prohibited items:

- Hazardous/Toxic Wastes
- Chemicals/Solvents
- PCB Waste
- Transformers
- Paint Containers/Paint
- 55-gal Drums
- Oil Container
- Medical Waste
- Propane Tanks

- Railroad Ties

You can bring Large Appliances (Refrigerators, Washers and dryers, etc.) We will have a separate trailer for appliances

We could use the help of volunteers to help monitor the dumpsters on Saturday and Sunday.  There will be three shifts each day for three hours each (8-11, 11-2, 2-5).  If you can volunteer your time, please contact the HOA at 254-277-0097.

The annual picnic was held May 17th. We had about 70 folks at the picnic and tha kids enjoyed the opening of the pool.

It will be from 11AM-2PM.  The HOA will provide burgers, hotdogs, chips and drinks.  If you could bring a side dish it would be appreciated.   Come down to the park and meet your neighbors.
